Fadoi is a Nutrition Policy Officer at the European Commission, Directorate-General for International Cooperation and Development - Rural Development, Food Security and Nutrition (DEVCO Unit C1).

Fadoi is a Food Engineer by training, and has more than 13 years’ experience in implementing and managing development projects. She began her career as a Quality Engineer at Nutriset, a French company which manufactures nutrition products. Fadoi oversaw the local production of ready-to-eat therapeutic food in seven countries in Africa and the Caribbean.

Fadoi then joined Groupe URD, a French NGO which supports humanitarian aid workers. She managed projects and conducted trainings in Afghanistan and Palestine, as well as in French universities and for NGOs.

Fadoi worked for five years at the World Food Programme as a Food Technologist, where she was in charge of the local production of fortified food in West Africa. She joined the European Commission in 2019. In DEVCO Unit C1 Fadoi is in charge of Food Fortification programmes, the SUN Business Network and linking nutrition to the private sector.
